Q: Where do you coach?
I typically work with my clients over the phone, although I do offer in-person sessions at my office in Mill Valley, California. While phone sessions may seem strange at first, most coaching is done this way, and my clients soon love the flexibility, convenience and connection that this method provides.
Q: Do you offer other programs besides one-on-one coaching?
I offer group-coaching programs and teleclasses as well as in-person workshops.
Q: How many times a month would we meet?
How many sessions a month and how long we work together is up to you. Once we commit to the coaching, we’ll design the program that works for your style, schedule and finances.
A popular starting place for many clients is three 45-minute sessions a month. I also recommend that you commit yourself to the process for at least three to six months (I provide a quick-decision-incentive discount of 10% if you pre-pay for three months, and a 20% discount if you pre-pay for six months of sessions). Change is challenging and takes time, but the personal reward of investing in yourself is immeasurable.
Q: Is it affordable?
Before you decide whether you can afford coaching or not, ask yourself how much is your current situation costing you? Are you thrilled with the money you’re currently making? Are you in a fulfilling relationship? Do you honor and listen to your body’s messages? What would it be worth to be able to say “Yes!” to all three questions?
If you're having financial difficulties, I strongly urge you to sign up for one to two sessions focused solely on your money beliefs and patterns. Whether you continue coaching or not, these sessions can provide you with some new perspectives and handy tools to help you heal your negative money patterns and guide you into attracting more prosperity and abundance.
Q: Is there any guarantee?
The level of success you achieve is directly proportionate to your personal dedication to change and transformation. Because I believe in the power of this work, I do offer the following guarantee: If for some reason you feel that a coaching call did not meet with your satisfaction, you can request your money back for that call.
Q: Why do I need a coach? Can’t I make life changes on my own?
Of course, you can do it on your own—so why haven’t you? Truth is, we all find a million reasons not to do our inner work. And trying to make life changes without the proper support and motivation can lead to frustration, procrastination and more pain. As your coach, I can walk you through the change cycle and keep you focused on your dream, your goals and your motivation so that the challenges don’t bog you down along the way. When you start to doubt yourself (and you probably will) or feel that it’s not worth the effort, I can help you keep moving forward, championing you along the way, offering a different perspective and helping to beat back those old inner voices that say, “you’re not good enough” or “you’ll never succeed.” Besides, it’s way more fun to have a partner along for the ride. |
